Q. Does accept returns?

A. You bet. If there's a problem with your order, call or email us within 24 hours so we can get it sorted out for you right away.

Q. What are acceptable reasons to return a product?

A. Defective or incorrect products are perfectly suitable reasons to return your order. Flavour is not.

Q. How do I return a product?

A. Call or email us within 24 hours and we'll give you a confirmation number. This confirmation number is required for full reimbursement. After this, return your package to:

Important: all complimentary promotional items (t-shirts, shaker cups, etc.) must be included with any returns. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned.
Q. What happens if something is out of stock?

A. It's extremely rare, but every once in a while we completely sell out of a product. If this item isn't expected to arrive at our warehouse within 48 hours of your order, we'll contact you to suggest an alternate product that fits your needs. If we can't find something you like, we'll issue you an immediate refund. We'll never substitute an alternative brand, product, or flavour without your permission.

Q. What payment methods does accept?

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Sears, InteracĀ® Online, PayPal, Cheque, and Money Order. Don't see an option that works for you? Give us a shout. Maybe you can work it off.

Q. Does store my credit card information?

A. Nope! Shopping with us is guaranteed safe and secure! We use 256 bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. The only thing we store is the final four digits of your credit card, which are required for validating transactions. Trust us, we take your personal security very seriously.
